2022.09.18: full of grace

the poor in spirit 
knows that all of life is gift 
to be shared with all

virtue starts with gratitude 
generosity follows

spending recklessly 
wastefully extravagant 
the Creator’s love 

reconciling all who see 
their errors and turn around

the wisest of men 
blooms and wilts in a god blink 
knowing - gives freedom

at the last banquet 
fame, wealth, and power means naught 
first and last are same 

heaven's a circle of love 
hell for those who hate neighbors

don’t go slamming doors 
one may be on the wrong side 
when the bar comes down
