Longing For Water 
Hah. I’ve never driven one, but a similar thing happens when I drive outside the UK.

Do you mean you’ve never driven an automatic car? It takes the joy out if driving. You’re just steering a car.

The only time that I appreciate the auto is when I’m in stop and go traffic. It’s nice to only have to deal with one pedal.

I think I’ll stick with manual transmission.

It’s harder and harder to find a new car with manual transmission in the States.

I’ve only ever successfully driven an automatic car.😉 I do weird brain things though, like trying to pause the cat with the tv remote.🙈

It works no better than trying to use my car key in my front door! Don’t worry, I don’t have dementia; it’s just meno-brain.

He doesn’t have much hope left. His brother is now 22 and bigger than him. On the other hand he’s learned to not push the wrong buttons.
