Longing For Water 
We have quite a lot of that here in the UK. ‘Green belts’ were devised to curtail it, but the urban sprawl continues unabated.

I like to imagine that it’s some old souls giving the proverbial finger to modern progress. Unfortunately their children will just take the money and run.
