Thanks for noticing. Ironically, I read most blogs in the WP Reader and almost never jump to the websites themselves so most likely would miss fade lifts like these.
At one time I was running about 5 or 6 blogs, so I shopped for “skins” many times. I’ll be doing it again today because I’m going to reactivate my ancestry/genealogy blog.
I hear the view is better from your side. I still can’t believe how close I got to the water. Beautiful country but I don’t know about the lake effect winters.
I haven’t been to The Falls for 15 years. I know because it was on our 10th anniversary and this June it’s our 25th. Take it from me, lake effect is no fun.
Thanks for the follow *, as the reason I write is to share.

I like the new look! It’s very clean and bright. The piece is beautiful too.

Coincidentally, it’s the one I had chosen the day before for my new memoir blog. 😉

Ha! You were shopping for blog skins. Amazing how the human mind sees what it is focused on.

Yes it is. This is from the US side as I didn’t think to bring my passport on this business trip.

You weren’t terribly far from where I live when you took this, but you would need the passport. ☺️

I belive you. Part of growing wiser with age is understanding that you don’t have to experience everything firsthand.
