More like confoundment that none of us had a green light to go. Mind you: they were not blinking red lights. Most of us know that means a four way stop sign, and some of us know how to navigate that. However, when all of us have a red light, we are left wondering who is not paying attention to a green light. So, you are right, Kat. It was chaos.
