Here in OK we count on the fair to break the droughts, and it usually rains to give us hope even if we know it won’t bust the drought. However we had a wet summer so the rain wasn’t desperately needed. It was ironic that it didn’t rain during the 10 days of the fair.😄

I have found lately that every time I go out to do a spot of gardening it decides to drizzle!

Thanks, my thoughts exactly. Our town fair that ran 10 days usually had 3 days of rain, but no fair , no rain still in a bad drought here in NH
