Imagine tree full of leaves with a visible coating of ice on them and add two more waves of freezing rain. The wind is but the Calvary that charges through after the infantry has already done the bone breaking damage.
we call that a “Widow maker”! Where ever I camp,first thing I do before setting the tent up is to look up! A wind storm during the night could bring it down.
