going on three years 
finally feeling effects 
line at pharmacy 

people loudly complaining 
to staff who have worked non stop

  3. I agree. I have seen some awful behaviour at the chemist (as we call them here) recently. Frayed, frail, frazzled people on both sides of the counter.
